Costa Blanca Car Hire - FAQs

Below are some common questions from our clients and their respective answers.

How are rates calculated and when do I pay?
The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.Payment is made on pick up of the vehicle.

Can all the members of my family (or friends) drive our hired car?
No, only those specified in the contract may drive the hired car.

How old do I have to be to rent a car from RentAgain?
The renter must be at least 21 years of age, though there are a few areas in which those under 21 have the opportunity to rent. Renters under the age of 25 will be subject to a daily surcharge. RentAgain Car Rental will rent to government renters under the age of 21 who are on official business. RentAgain Car Rental recommends that renters check with their travel agent prior to traveling.

Can I drive the car to another country?
No, you can drive only in Spain.

How will I find my car if my flight arrives late at night or is delayed?
As long as you provide us with your flight number and arrival time one of our providers employees will be waiting for you upon your arrival, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Can I return my RentAgain car outside opening hours?
Yes you can. All RentAgain rental stations have a key drop. You can therefore return the car outside opening hours and deposit the key in the key drop.

How much will I pay for a full tank of fuel?
The price of fuel will depend on the model of car and the price of fuel at the time. The price varies from 50 Euros for the smaller cars and 85 Euros for the larger cars.

Do the cars have air-conditioning?
Yes, all car groups include air-conditioning.

How can I collect the car in Alicante Airport?
One of our representatives will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on in the arrivals hall.

How can I collect the car in Murcia Airport?
One of our representatives will be waiting for you in our van-office (signed with RentAgain logo) placed in the middle of car park 1.

Is my vehicle insured?
Yes, all RentAgain cars have a fully-comprehensive insurance, although damages to window glasses and tyres are not included. There is an optional insurance to cover this two things and costs  25 euros payable at once on arrival or on line. Keys are not covered so if the key is lost, stolen or damaged (wet), the customer will have to pay 150 euros
